本文综合报道藏药独一味Du-Yi-Wei [Lamiophlomis rotata(Benth)Kudo]的生药学鉴定、化学和药理学研究以及临床观察的结果。动物实验证明独一味有镇痛、止血、抑菌和提高非特异性免疫和特异性细胞免疫的作用。临床观察559例表明独一味的止血、镇痛和抗菌消炎疗效较好,毒性低。

Du-Yi-Wei is a traditional medicinal herb used by Tibetan. It is used to treat wounds and inflammation, etc. In order to exploit our Gansu native medicine, we carried out systemic studies.Chemical studies—six flavonoids, two saponins, B-silosterol, C₃₃ H₆₈, seventeen aminoacids and twenty-one trace elements were extracted or identified from Du YiWei [Lamiophlomis rotata(Benth) Kudo].Pharmacological studies showed that Du-Yi-Wei extact had anal- gesic, haemostatic, bacteriostatic, immunostimulatic effects and, possibly, antitumor activity with low toxicity.Clinical observation of 559 cases showed that Du-Yi-Wei extract revealed haemostatic, analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects with 54.7% good result, 30.8% excellent. (total effect 85.5%).
