目的建立大黄蒽醌类成分含量测定的方法。方法对三种蒽醌类成分提取方法进行实验对比研究,利用分光光度法进行含量测定。结果蒽醌类浓度在0.856~25.680μg/ml范围内与吸收度呈良好的线形关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为100.8%,RSD为0.34%。结论改进的方法简便、准确可靠,可用于大黄及其制剂的蒽醌类成分的含量测定。
Abstract:Objective To establish a determination method of anthraquinones of rhubarb.Methods To contrast three extract methods of anthraquinones component of rhubarb,developed a method, anthraquinones were determined using UV spectrophotometry method .Results Anthraqiunones component had a good linearily in the concentration range of 0.856~25.680 μg/ml(r=0.9999).The average recovery was 100.8% with RSD of 0.34%.Conclusion This method is simple,Accurate and reliable,and can be used for the determination of anthraquinones component of rhubarb.
