目的 通过文献计量学分析，探讨过去20年夜间遗尿症的研究进展、主要方向以及热点问题。方法 从Web of Science核心合集中使用构建的检索式检索2004—2024年所有关于夜间遗尿症的文献，使用Excel、VOSviewer、Scimago以及CiteSpace软件分析发文量趋势、区域分布、作者合作网络、主题和关键词的共现以及文献的共被引，探究该领域发展过程中的热点变化。结果 共纳入947篇关于夜间遗尿症的文献。土耳其、中国和美国是发文数量最多的国家。研究热点经历了从早期对疾病发生机制的探讨逐渐转向治疗方法的优化，最终呈现一个多样化的趋势。结论 本研究通过文献计量学方法分析了夜间遗尿症领域的发展趋势、研究现状及热点问题，通过高质量文献总结与分析，为未来夜间遗尿症的研究提供了重要参考。
Abstract：Objective To explore the progress, main directions, and hot topics of nocturnal enuresis research over the past 20 years through a bibliometric analysis. Methods All literature on nocturnal enuresis from 2004 to 2024 were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection using a structured search strategy. Excel, VOSviewer, Scimago, and CiteSpace software were employed to analyze trends in publication volume, regional distribution, author collaboration networks, co-occurrence of topics and keywords, and co-citation of references, aiming to identify evolving research hotspots in the field. Results A total of 947 articles on nocturnal enuresis were included. Turkey, China, and the United States were the leading countries in terms of publication volume. Research hotspots have shifted from early investigations into the pathogenesis of the disease to the optimization of treatment methods, ultimately demonstrating a trend toward diversification. Conclusion This study employed bibliometric methods to analyze the development trends, current research status, and key issues in the field of nocturnal enuresis. By summarizing and analyzing high-quality literature, it provides valuable references for future research on nocturnal enuresis.
