循证医学被誉为21世纪的临床医学,引入中国20年来,以其先进的理念、科学的方法和高质量的证据深刻地影响着中国的卫生决策和医疗实践。本文回顾了循证医学产生的背景和发展,以及引入中国后在学科、平台建设、人才培养等方面的发展历程和取得的成就,特别是对其中的关键人物和历史事件进行了介绍,并对循证医学在中国未来的发展进行了展望。
Abstract：Evidence based-medicine is known as clinical medicine in the 21 st century.It was introduced into China for 20 years and has had a major impact on healthcare policy and medical practice with its advanced concepts,scientific method and high quality evidence.The paper reviewed the background and development of emergence of evidence based medicine,as well as its development process and achievements in the discipline,platform,personnel training and other aspects after its introduction into China,especially introduce the associated key figures and historical events,and prospect future development of the evidence-based medicine in China.
